Tim Anderson

After testing the limits of Tiny Home legality in 5 different Bay Area Municipalities, Tim founded Alameda Maker Farm in 2015 which quickly became the biggest maker space and tiny home community in the Bay Area and later spawned two other urban tiny home villages in Alameda.
Betsy Morris
Community Elder
Betsy has been committed to community-based housing and economic development since the 1980s. Her roles have included project developer, program director and applied research consultant working mainly with nonprofit grassroots organizations and leadership in low-income neighborhoods and communities of color throughout the Bay Area.
Phoenix Armenta
Community Elder
Phoenix Armenta is the Sr. Manager for Climate Equity and Community Engagement at the SF Bay Conservation and Development Commission. They work on operationalizing equity and environmental justice across the agency and have specifically worked to integrate equity into BCDC’s permitting and planning processes.
Adam Garrett-Clark
Community Elder
Adam founded one of the longest-running Tiny Home Communities in Oakland in 2015 with friends, and managed operations for a second Community from 2018-2020 known as “Buspatch.”
In 2018 he founded Tiny Logic LLC with a mission to propel the proliferation of tiny home opportunities in the Bay Area.
